Stress sucks, but meditation is one of the best stress relievers I know.

Stress is the leading cause, or is related to the enactment of many illnesses.

Stress blinds us to reality as it often exists solely in our minds, fueled by our worries about the future and influenced by our past negative experiences. What we fail to see in this state is the present moment, where the past and future hold no power. Finding inner peace through guided meditation can help you live in the moment.

However, meditating properly can be challenging for some people.


 Furthermore, there are various approaches to meditation available.

Masters have dedicated their entire lives, starting as children and continuing through adulthood and old age, consistently perfecting their meditation techniques. However, most of us lack the training or the time to sit for hours, days, and weeks to meditate.


There are various types of meditations, including:

  • Mindfulness Meditation: Focusing on the present moment, observing thoughts and sensations without judgment. 
  •  Guided Meditation: Following a recorded voice's instructions to lead you through relaxation and visualization.  
  • Loving-Kindness Meditation: Cultivating feelings of compassion and love towards oneself and others.  
  • Body Scan Meditation: Scanning your body for tension and releasing it, promoting relaxation.  
  • Transcendental Meditation: Repeating a specific mantra to reach a deep, restful state.  
  • Yoga Meditation: Combining meditation with physical postures and breathing exercises.  
  • Chakra Meditation: Focusing on energy centers in the body for balance and healing.  
  • Breath Awareness Meditation: Concentrating on your breath to calm the mind and increase awareness.
  • Walking Meditation: A mindfulness practice where you walk slowly and deliberately, paying close attention to each step and your breath.
  • Shamanic Journeying: A form of meditation that involves listening to the rhythmic sounds of drums or rattles to enter a trance-like state. During a shamanic journey, individuals aim to explore their inner landscapes and connect with other realms or dimensions. 
  • Meditation through dancing: 

These are just a few examples, and there are many more meditation techniques available to explore.
