Stress sucks, but meditation is one of the best stress relievers I know.
Stress is the leading cause, or is related to the enactment of many illnesses.
Stress blinds us to reality as it often exists solely in our minds, fueled by our worries about the future and influenced by our past negative experiences. What we fail to see in this state is the present moment, where the past and future hold no power. Finding inner peace through guided meditation can help you live in the moment.
However, meditating properly can be challenging for some people.
Furthermore, there are various approaches to meditation available.
Masters have dedicated their entire lives, starting as children and continuing through adulthood and old age, consistently perfecting their meditation techniques. However, most of us lack the training or the time to sit for hours, days, and weeks to meditate.
